Sri Sunder Lal Dugar, The Entrepreneur gave his dream a vision, which has turned into a reality after the birth of RDB Group. Starting from a scratch, he developed RDB Group as a force to reckon with in all its sphere of activities.

In addition to development of Residential / Commercial Projects, the Group has diversified into multiple business zones: cigarettes and tobacco, printing and packaging, containers and bags (th. RDB Rasayans Ltd.), automobiles marketing (th. RD Motors Pvt. Ltd.), production and installation of power transmission lines, truck terminals and warehousing.

The RDB group is also renowned for takeover and revival of many sick companies/units like New Tobacco Company Ltd. (NTC), Electrical Manufacturing Company Ltd. (EMC), etc.

By, the 1970s, Sunder Lal Dugar entered the business of textile and rose to become a self- made entrepreneur of great vision and business acumen. In late 70’s he made forays into real estate. However, his first major project came in 1981.

He proved to be the man of unusual mettle, blending business expertise with a sense of social responsibility. He is a renowned philanthropist, and is actively involved with many social, educational and charitable organizations.

His vision drew his businesses towards new horizons, and made the group a multi-product conglomerate that it is today.
